I have found another reference to someone ringing at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin. It is [[Wikipedia:Jimmy Rip|Jimmy Rip]] though it is not clear whether he range backstroke, chimed or what. It's certainly [http://thestar.ie/about-us/63475/ referenced here] but I don't know whether it should fit into the first category - it doesn't fit in the second. Is the intention of the first category to be "The following are people that members of the general public might have heard of who are known to have rung" ... even if only once? I have found another reference to someone ringing at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin. It is Jimmy Rip though it is not clear whether he range backstroke, chimed or what. It's certainly referenced here but I don't know whether it should fit into the first category - it doesn't fit in the second. Is the intention of the first category to be "The following are people that members of the general public might have heard of who are known to have rung" ... even if only once?
