The Belfry Forums is a phpBB3 bulletin board, created by the Central Council Education Committee during the summer of 2008 and launched at the Roadshow in Stoneleigh.
The purpose is to improve communication lines between ringers of all levels for the benefit of all and provide a permanent and searchable history of useful discussions to do with ringing, and a place for anyone to ask any questions about ringing, basic or advanced.
