Change Ringers, founded by Ken Olum in 1992, is the oldest mailing list devoted to change ringing. To keep the volume of emails down, it has a strict policy that all messages should be directly related to ringing. The current moderator is Simon Bond and the list administrator is John Camp. Only subscribers may post to the list.
